These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hovered's platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who interact with our services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our platform. If you are under 13, you may only use Hovered with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the integrity or performance of our platform; or engage in any activity that harms other users or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

All content on our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and software — is owned by Hovered or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Hovered.

You may submit content to our platform, including comments, feedback, or other materials. By doing so, you grant Hovered a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content worldwide in any format or medium. You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hovered and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You and Hovered each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action with respect to any dispute.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
